Student / Early Career Professional / Retiree rate eligibility:
  • Students must be current TWS-WS members and currently enrolled at a university or college or within 6 months of degree conferral.
  • “Early Career Professionals” are TWS-WS current members who have graduated within 3 years with a degree in a Wildlife-related field AND are employed less than full-time in a temporary/limited-term/seasonal position.
  • Retirees must be TWS-WS members, retired from full-time employment and have paid standard dues for at least three years

NOTE: You may join the Western Section with this form and pay the member registration rates for the meeting.
Deadlines
  • December 8, 2017: End of regular-rate registration. Rates increase after this date (see all rates)
  • January 22, 2018: Pre-Registration closes. Rates increase after this date (see all rates)
  • Onsite registration is available online beginning January 23, 2018 and at the meeting.
  • Any registrations not paid in full by January 22th will be cancelled, including declined credit cards and checks that have not been received. Cancelled registrations must be resubmitted, subject to current availability and onsite rates.

Videotaping and Photography Policy: Videotaping and photography of meeting participants at meeting events may occur. Western Section of TWS may use photographs and videos of meeting attendees for any lawful purpose, including publicity, illustration, advertising, newsletter, and web content. During sessions that will be videotaped, "no photo" areas will be available in each room. More information will be available at the meeting registration desk. I acknowledge and agree with these terms for use of videos and photographs.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: To receive a refund of meeting and workshop registration fees, we must receive your cancellation no later than 14 days before the first day of the meeting. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather, Federal budget issues, furloughs or other events beyond the control of TWS-West. All refunds are subject to a $50 processing fee. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing, either by mail or e-mail. Refund requests received within 14 days of the start of the meeting will not be processed regardless of personal or professional emergency, and no refund after that date is available. However, registration may be transferred to another individual for a $25 transfer fee.
